Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meticulous formatting of business proposals, primarily in Microsoft Word.
• Design visually compelling title pages, tables of contents, resumes, and charts to enhance the overall appeal and clarity of the documents.
• Respond to project needs with agility, as the majority of assignments are time-sensitive and require prompt attention.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and quality in all deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and formatting business documents, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in other design applications like Adobe InDesign is an asset, but not mandatory.
